St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a full-time Team Lead Echo for the Edgewood Diagnostic Imaging department. The role involves leading operations, performing cardiac ultrasound studies, and ensuring high-quality examinations for patients.

Qualified candidates should have a degree in cardiovascular ultrasound, registration in imaging from ARDMS or CCI, and a minimum of three years of cardiac imaging experience. The position emphasizes teamwork and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in all sections of cardiac imaging.
• Responsible for high quality examination of patients.
• Maintain continuing education compliance with ARDMS, CCI, and IAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Echo department.
• Perform complete cardiac ultrasound studies.
• Maintain files and notify physicians of critical results.
• Assist in technical education of staff and students.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for the department.

Skills

Strong organizational skills

Basic Microsoft office skills

Advanced use of Doppler

Ability to provide professional preliminary reports

Knowledge of latest procedures in Echo

Education

Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound degree program

Registered in non-invasive imaging from ARDMS or CCI

CPR certified
