You will craft end-to-end logistics solutions, write compelling proposals, and guide startups from design to operations, mentoring a small design team and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering/Business/SCM or Industrial Engineering and 6+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• Six (6) years or more in the Transportation industry
• Six (6) years or more in the Warehousing and/or Manufacturing industry
• Microsoft Office Suite skills with emphasis on Access, Excel and PowerPoint expert
• Knowledgeable of Tableau and database programming

Responsibilities

• Review RFP documents, understand objectives, develop questions to clarify gaps and develop initial hypothesis specific to a solution design
• Data validation, cleansing, profiling, baseline development & defining scenarios to model
• Develop cost and pricing models and coordinate with Pricing and IT for modeling
• Develop optimization scenarios aligned with objectives
• Meet with customers and cross-functional bid response team; support technical reviews
• Lead consulting projects to understand customers' pain-points and present solutions
