Job summary

Morgan Stanley, through Parametric, seeks a Lead Solution Manager to craft and maintain vision, intent and design across cross-functional teams. You will define data nomenclature, capability roadmaps, and operating models while guiding architecture and delivery with stakeholders and technology leaders.

You will influence program increments, collaborate with analysts, and mentor a team of contributors to drive successful outcomes for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Product management.
• Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results.
• Experience with Scaled Agile software development processes.
• Proficient in documenting workflows and data mapping (Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, Visio/Figma, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with technology and business partners; strong discussion, debate and listening.
• Design workshops and user sessions; identify participants and outcomes.
• Empathically understand and articulate user needs.
• Analyze data from stakeholder interactions; derive goals, journeys and personas.
• Collaborate with business to define solution intent, capability roadmap and milestones.
• Initiate and facilitate solution architecture with development leads; socialize decisions with executives.
• Coordinate Program Increments and quarterly planning across teams.
