Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Data Architect to shape data strategy across Public/Private markets and Parametric platforms. You will define enterprise data models, roadmaps, and standards, enabling trusted, scalable data assets for analytics, AI, and operations.

Lead architectural governance, partner with data engineering, analytics, and security teams, and drive adoption of federated data products in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture and governance.
• Proven ability to lead data platform transformations and vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data architecture across platforms and domains.
• Develop target-state architectures and multi-year roadmaps for data platforms.
• Set standards for data ingestion, storage, lineage, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and AI teams to enable BI and ML use cases.
• Embed governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements into designs.
