Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Parametric team is seeking a Lead Solution Manager to define and drive cross-functional product solutions. You will shape roadmaps, partner with business Architecture, and collaborate with technology leaders to deliver end-to-end capabilities in a hybrid model.

The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
