Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with increasing responsibility.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers.
- Experience designing scalable, multi-tier enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of solution engineers.
- Own team delivery commitments, sprint planning, and resource management.
- Set technical direction, standards, and best practices.
- Drive AI-assisted development tools and workflows to boost productivity.
- Maintain high standards for design, testing, security, and docs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build tech roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
