Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 10+ years of experience in power systems engineering, solution engineering, systems engineering, renewable energy integration, power electronics, or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience leading technically complex projects involving multiple engineering disciplines is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, including solution development, engineering documentation, system integration, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead and mentor 1-3 Solution Engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development support.
• Partner with sales and proposal teams during pre-sales activities, including technical discussions, solution development, and customer presentations.
• Own technical risk management and drive resolution of issues related to system design, technology integration, supplier interfaces, and project execution.
