Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Global Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture for Revenue to lead and scale the team responsible for revenue management solutions. You will shape strategy, recruit and mentor specialists, and partner with Sales, Product, and Services to drive customer success.

You will influence executives and engineers, champion customer voices, and drive adoption of revenue management best practices across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a technical sales role or equivalent.
• 10+ years in a technical pre-sales leadership position, with billing/revenue focus.
• Deep understanding of subscription models, billing systems, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the revenue suite sales strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Build repeatable playbooks for billing and revenue solutions.
• Recruit and develop a high-performance Specialist Solutions Architecture team.
• Influence product direction and CXO-level stakeholders across global markets.
• Drive thought leadership and cross-regional collaboration AMER/EMEA/APAC.
