Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Solution Architect to design, oversee, and scale end-to-end architectures for complex insurance platforms, with a focus on P&C operations and Guidewire solutions.

You will steer cloud adoption, modernization, and integration across EPAM's platform ecosystem, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled underwriting, claims and customer service workflows.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in IT with 6–10+ years in Guidewire configuration and enterprise architecture.
• Deep expertise in P&C insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing).
• Proficient in Gosu, Java, REST/SOAP APIs, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure.
• Guidewire ACE or professional-level certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud and on-prem deployments; CI/CD practice.
• Fluent business English with strong communication.
