• Collaborate across Raytheon development and production programs.
• Review manufacturing processes; coordinate with subcontractors on propulsion systems.
• Present technical capabilities and future directions to management and agencies.
• Manage propulsion development projects and subcontracts; oversee suppliers.
• Interface with customers to identify user needs.
• Lead in obtaining new business and resolve issues in missile program development.
• Maintain active DoD security clearance and citizenship requirements.
