Qualifications

• Bachelor in STEM and 5+ years propulsion experience.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.
• Experience with solid propulsion systems development.

Responsabilités

• Apply or develop advanced propulsion technologies for missile systems and space vehicles.
• Involvement with development and production programs across Raytheon product lines.
• Review manufacturing processes and resolve issues with subcontractors on propulsion systems.
• Collaborate with program management on long-range planning and future directions.
• Manage propulsion development projects and subcontracts; review data and change requests.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to management and government agencies.
• Interface with customers to identify user needs and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support business development and address issues in missile program implementation.
