Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office program suite.
• Knowledge of IPC Standards strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solder and Quality Maintenance and Verification: inspect solder joints and coordinate reworks.
• Team Supervision and Training: assign work, supervise production, train employees.
• Documentation: prepare team quality and workflow documents.
