Job summary

Spectra-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Solder Machine Team Leader to run wave and selective solder lines on PCB assemblies. You’ll set up, program, operate, and monitor equipment, train operators, and coordinate priorities to meet production goals.

Prior soldering line experience preferred; training is available for leadership, safety, and quality procedures. We value dependable leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced electronic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in wave/selective soldering preferred, training available.
• Ability to read work instructions and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily solder machine operations.
• Set up, program, operate, and monitor wave/selective solder lines.
• Train operators and enforce safety, quality, and process standards.
• Review production documents and ensure proper tooling and settings.
• Escalate issues to maintenance/engineering as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and traceability.
