Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred; ability to train and supervise operators.
• Experience with wave soldering or selective soldering is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to process controls and IPC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily activities of wave and selective solder machine operators.
• Coordinate work assignments and production priorities per schedule.
• Set up, program, operate, and monitor solder machines; assist with changeovers.
• Verify correct programs, tooling, materials, and documentation.
• Ensure staffing, safety, and training compliance across lines.
• Review drawings and BOMs before starting a job; monitor quality and output.
