Job summary

Raycap Inc. in Post Falls, Idaho invites a detail‑oriented Solder Technician Lead to supervise soldering operations, mentor a skilled team, and optimize workflow according to product demand and mix.

You will perform quality checks, set up tasks for the team, ensure safety regulations are followed, and coordinate with the Production Supervisor to meet daily goals. IPC standards knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional soldering experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of IPC standards strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solder and quality maintenance and verification of joints.
• Set up team workflow and assign work orders.
• Train employees on assembly procedures and safety policies.
• Escalate production issues to supervision when needed.
