Job summary

360X Staffing seeks a Senior Project Developer – Solar to help lead engineering solutions and designs for solar projects. You will analyze, implement electrical systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in solar industry, electrical engineering or PV design.
• Strong proficiency in electrical system design and CAD.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design: design solar electrical systems including PV arrays, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Electrical Estimation: prepare cost estimates for components and labor.
• CAD Utilization: create and modify electrical drawings and schematics.
• Compliance and Standards: ensure adherence to electrical codes and standards.
• Technical Documentation: maintain design specs, equipment lists, and tests.
• Project Collaboration: work with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Assurance: perform inspections and tests on electrical systems.
• Continual Learning: stay current with solar tech and industry practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
