Job summary

Sunrun is hiring for a Lead Installer to join our solar installation crew. You will work as part of a team to complete residential solar installations and mentor fellow installers on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and leadership as you guide projects from setup to finish, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. This is a US-based position with competitive hourly pay and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Previous solar installation experience required.
• Must maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a driving background check.
• Adheres to company safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead and support crew members.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory at loading dock and stock crew truck.
• Layout and install solar modules, mounting, and electrical equipment.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures.
• Lead crew through safe, efficient installations.
• Provide leadership and technical support to crew members.
• Assist with solar battery installations when needed.
