Our World Energy is seeking a Solar Foreman in Albuquerque, NM to lead a residential solar installation crew onsite. The role focuses on safe, quality installations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring adherence to design specs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred for solar/electrical roles.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical expertise on solar installation crew.
• Lead, organize, and train crew to meet guidelines and timelines.
• Read and understand blueprints, CAD drawings, etc.
• Manage all construction workflow aspects.
• Install conduit and wiring per NEC and local codes.
• Enforce OSHA safety practices on PV installations.
• Troubleshoot production loss in inverters.
• Coordinate with leadership for process improvements.
• Perform duties as assigned.
