Job summary

Solara Home Energy is seeking a Solar Construction Foreman I to lead installation crews on residential new home solar projects. You will plan daily work, assign tasks, and monitor progress to keep projects on schedule.

You will ensure installations meet plans and safety standards, enforce site policies, and coordinate with project managers, builders, and inspectors while troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential solar, construction, or related field leadership roles.
• Foreman or Crew Lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential new home construction and solar installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layout drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential solar crews on new home construction projects.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep jobs on schedule.
• Ensure installs meet plans, code, and MARS quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and best practices on site.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and inspectors.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep communication flowing.
