DEPCOM Power, an EPC firm and Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Director of Construction to join the Project Delivery team. This remote role can be based in the U.S. with 50% travel to project sites and the DEPCOM office as needed.

Oversee large solar project execution from inception to completion, lead construction teams, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

Qualificações

• Experience leading construction teams on large projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel; adept with project management software.
• Strong financial acumen with budget development and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and lead execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracting strategy, subcontractor/self-perform models, and risk management.
• Lead and develop the team using PBM frameworks, mentoring direct reports and enabling growth.
• Drive operational and quality excellence with a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage budget development, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide transparent updates on project performance, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
