Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Support Team Lead to train, mentor and lead a team of Support Specialists in backend software troubleshooting and customer service. The role requires strong SQL skills, reporting proficiency, and clear communication with customers across the globe.

The Lead will manage performance, monitor KPIs, conduct training, and collaborate with developers to resolve production issues while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS or IS.
• Strong back‑end troubleshooting experience.
• Experience leading a customer‑facing support team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs for direct reports and ensure training completion.
• Write SQL queries and develop data reports.
• Perform QA on issue resolutions from support calls.
• Document all customer issues in the ticketing system.
• Lead communication between customers and internal teams.
• Provide mentoring and annual reviews for direct reports.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports.
