Job summary

APV is seeking a Supervisory Software Project Manager to lead the OpSTAR software development efforts, coordinating government stakeholders and development teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

You will manage plans, schedules, risks, and resources, oversee Agile/DevSecOps activities, and ensure compliance with DHS/CBP standards.

Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of PM experience; certifications such as PMP/CSM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software project management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary development teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise software development personnel and projects.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage Agile/DevSecOps activities including sprints, backlogs, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements and priorities.
