Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
• Experience with SDLC practices and livesite operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of software engineers building and operating AWS RAM.
• Own the resource sharing vision and drive technical strategy for onboarding more resource types.
• Architect at scale, designing secure, highly available systems across AWS regions.
• Collaborate across service teams to integrate RAM into new services and cross‑account collaboration.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance as RAM scales.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers to advance their careers.
