You’ll collaborate with product, design, and business partners, set technical direction, and mentor engineers to grow while fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Progressed through hands-on software engineering roles with strong technical depth.
• 1+ years of leadership experience or formal/mentored leadership responsibilities.
• Operates at senior developer level or higher with experience delivering complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers across multiple teams, building high-trust culture.
• Set technical direction for the team and mentor through code reviews and design discussions.
• Partner with product, design, and business leaders to deliver scalable, resilient platforms.
• Balance hands-on contributions with team leadership in a player/coach role and communicate decisions clearly.
