Job summary

Qualys seeks a Lead Software Engineer to join the Sustenance & Tools Engineering team within the ETM org. You will own the end-to-end CRM lifecycle, drive live production troubleshooting, and collaborate with Support, SRE, Product, and core engineering to deliver robust fixes and tooling improvements.

You will also guide analytics dashboards and back-office tools to improve customer health and adoption. You will mentor engineers, design scalable microservices, and help strengthen sustenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
Hands-on Java/Spring Boot microservices in SaaS, with SSO implementations.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end CRM lifecycle from triage to root-cause analysis and release.
Lead live troubleshooting with cross-functional teams to restore service.
Deliver hotfixes, patches, and production support for stability.
Develop analytics dashboards and back-office tools for health and adoption.
