Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web or mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of software engineers to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Apply agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently.
• Develop and maintain scalable apps using React for front-end and Node.js, Django, or Go for back-end.
• Design secure, maintainable architectures aligned with industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, automation, and software quality.
• Promote best practices including security, performance, and testing.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI technologies to improve products and productivity.
• Stay updated with cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and AI/ML trends.
• Create clear technical documentation for teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to refine requirements.
• Document system architectures to meet business needs.
