Responsibilities

• Architectural stewardship using SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and long-term ownership.
• Lead AI-augmented development to transform how teams build, test, and deploy.
• Audit and overhaul development processes, defining what Quality means across teams.
• Act as the technical anchor to protect codebase health while balancing speed and correctness.
• Partner with Engineering Manager to prioritize roadmap and remediate technical debt.
