Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead for Developer Infrastructure in the Boston area to define the CI/CD roadmap, own end-to-end pipelines, and elevate engineering standards across frontend and backend stacks. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive AI-enabled improvements, and own the reliability of critical deployment platforms.

You will influence architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with product teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining high security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex, high-impact projects
• Hands-on leader who stays close to code while guiding broader strategy
• Full-stack architect capable of designing systems across backend and frontend stacks
• Experience with modern CI/CD tools, infra automation, and security/compliance
• AI fluency in the SDLC and willingness to experiment with new AI workflows
• Extreme ownership for platform health and velocity improvements

Responsibilities

• Define Architectural Vision for CI/CD pipelines across backend and frontend stacks
• Architect end-to-end delivery pipelines with emphasis on security, efficiency and compliance
• Set engineering standards for repositories, PRs, cycle time and code quality
• Design scalable tooling to raise the bar across all teams and repos
• Lead AI-driven initiatives within the CI/CD lifecycle and development processes
• Consult feature teams to solve complex engineering challenges and drive velocity
• Oversee health and performance of the CI/CD pipeline and related environments
