Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a history of leading complex, high-impact technical projects.
• Hands-on leadership while steering broad technical vision and roadmap.
• Strong grounding in CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Define Architectural Vision: lead long-term strategy for CI/CD pipelines and frameworks across backend and frontend stacks.
• CI/CD Strategy: own end-to-end delivery pipelines with security, efficiency and compliance from commit to production.
• Set Engineering Standards: establish repository standards and metrics for PRs, cycle time and code quality.
• Scalable Tooling & Coverage: design/build next-gen tools to raise standards across all teams and repos.
• AI-Driven Strategy: spearhead AI use within CI/CD and accelerate development efforts.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: consult with feature teams to solve complex engineering challenges and improve velocity.
• Operational Excellence: oversee health/performance of the CI/CD pipeline and overall environment.
