Jobgether SRL is seeking a Lead Software Developer - C#/.Net to drive hands-on development and technical leadership for an enterprise SaaS platform serving automotive retailers and OEMs. Based in Fort Lauderdale with a hybrid setup, strong collaboration with Product and Engineering teams is expected across the U.S.

and abroad. You will mentor engineers, shape architecture, and advance CI/CD practices while delivering scalable, secure features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software teams in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on C#/.NET/.NET Core development with SQL proficiency.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Razor for front-end work.
• Practical knowledge of Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong architecture, design, and system scalability focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical direction for software developers and engineers.
• Remain hands-on with C#/.NET development and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams across locations/time zones.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence and career growth.
• Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with SaaS standards.
