Pinewood.AI is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to shape the Automotive Intelligence Platform. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this role is hands-on and focused on delivering enterprise-grade software for automotive retailers and OEMs worldwide.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of Microsoft-based development, strong C#/.NET skills, Azure experience, and a proven Agile track record. Remote candidates across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft-based software development.
• Expert in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL.
• Strong experience with database design, performance optimisation, stored procedures, and queries.
• Solid front-end skills with HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent source control.
• Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Proven track record working in Agile environments with a pragmatic, efficient approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for clean, efficient code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level software solutions.
• Own the full development lifecycle from design to release.
• Write high-quality, reusable code focused on maintainability and scalability.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, testers, and developers to deliver features.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and shape long-term tech direction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new technologies.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge across the team.
