Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer for a growing technology organization in New York. The role is hands-on with technical leadership, focusing on designing, developing, and scaling enterprise SaaS applications using Python, Node.js, React, and AWS.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Managers, and drive best practices, including CI/CD and automated testing, while exploring agentic AI workflows and modern architecture to improve performance and

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing and scaling cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Strong AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, and EC2.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or AWS Aurora.
• Experience with modern API development and application architecture.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing Software Engineers.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise SaaS applications.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, and React.
• Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and serverless solutions.
• Mentor and manage software engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Design and integrate agentic AI workflows into existing applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and development efficiency.
