You will guide agile squads, produce architecture artifacts, mentor engineers, and elevate reliability through data-driven insights, AI-assisted tooling, and strong adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in coding in one or more languages (Java and/or Python).
• Experience with monitoring tools and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS).
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and in agile environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD, security, and reliability practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agile team to design, develop, and deliver trusted software products.
• Improve reliability and stability using data-driven analytics and proactive bottleneck solving.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring constraints are met by code.
• Develop visualizations and reporting from large data sets for continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers, drive AI-assisted tooling adoption with governance and security in mind.
