You will be a core technical contributor working to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You will lead a team of software engineers and SDETs, drive end-to-end test automation, and champion AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Playwright.
• Experience leading a team of engineers/testers.
• Strong knowledge of AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Proficiency across SDLC and Agile/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Drive end-to-end test automation for the Digital Onboarding team.
• Lead a team of software engineers and SDETs to support releases.
• Develop secure, high-quality testing code and review others' code.
• Promote AI-assisted coding and testing practices to improve quality and speed.
• Establish validation standards for secure coding and automated testing.
• Leverage SDLC tools to improve automation value.
• Identify opportunities to reduce recurring issues and stabilize operations.
• Lead evaluation sessions on architectures and designs with internal teams.
• Communicate with executives and manage stakeholders.
