You will lead development across Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AI-assisted tooling, ensuring secure coding practices and robust production readiness while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, MQ, Apache Kafka, REST API, gRPC, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL.

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with the ability to tackle non-routine problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes with validated AI outputs.
• Applies SDLC tools and enterprise AI-assisted automation to improve value from automation.
• Identifies opportunities to automate recurring issues to improve stability of applications and systems.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architectural designs and applicability.
