Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems.
• 10+ years hands-on software development in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot microservices.
• 3+ years Linux experience.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development and validating AI outputs.
• Strong understanding of secure coding, governance, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Drive team adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices, improving code quality, delivery speed, and reliability.
• Use SDLC toolchain and AI-assisted development to improve value from automation.
• Architect and implement scalable, low-latency services with strong security and governance.
• Design and deploy services that integrate with enterprise systems with performance and reliability in mind.
• Lead and mentor the development team in a fast-paced delivery environment and manage multiple deliverables.
• Collaborate with LOB users, SMEs, architects, DBAs, and sysadmins to design solutions and resolve issues.
• Develop ML pipelines for fraud detection and risk assessment and productionize models with validation.
• Produce ML platform components (feature-store, pipelines) with monitoring and auditability.
• Build agentic AI services to automate engineering workflows and ensure traceability.
• Define guardrails for agentic AI in production (quality, safety, latency, cost).
• Provide guidance on responsible AI use and secure handling of data.
