This is a hands-on leadership role: you will write and review code, set engineering standards, make architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers, while partnering with product managers and architects to ship reliable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering with progression to lead-level roles.
• Strong full-stack skills in .NET (C#), React, Next.js, and API design.
• Ability to architect production-grade apps with reliability, performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of full-stack apps using .NET, React/Next.js, and Azure.
• Set engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and security.
• Make architectural decisions for new features and systems.
• Integrate AI and GenAI features into applications, including LLM in pipelines.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to plan milestones.
• Own production reliability, observability, and incident response.
• Apply security best practices across the stack.
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment patterns.
• Stay current on technologies and participate in hiring and onboarding.
