Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with progression into lead/staff/principal roles.
• Strong full-stack skills: .NET (C#), React, Next.js, and REST/GraphQL API design.
• Ability to architect and deliver production-grade apps with reliability, performance, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services used in development (App Service, Container Apps/AKS, SQL, Service Bus, OpenAI).
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB.
• CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; Git; Agile development practices.
• Experience leading engineers, including design reviews and coaching; clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of full-stack applications using .NET, React/Next.js, and Azure, from architecture to production support.
• Set engineering standards for quality, testing, performance, and security; enforce via code reviews.
• Make architectural decisions for new features and systems ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Lead the integration of AI and GenAI features, including LLMs, RAG, and semantic search.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and architects to translate requirements into technical plans and milestones.
• Own production reliability: set observability standards, drive incident response, root-cause analysis.
• Apply security best practices across the stack, including auth, authorization, and data protection.
• Partner with DevOps and Infra on CI/CD pipelines, container platforms (AKS, Azure Container Apps), and deployment patterns.
• Stay current on technologies and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
• Participate in hiring, including technical interviews and onboarding.
