Chase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Consumer & Community Banking tech team. You will deliver cloud-native, microservices-based applications, design secure, scalable solutions, and mentor engineers across agile squads.

You will drive AI-assisted engineering practices, ensure secure coding, automated testing, and resilient deployments while collaborating on RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data stores.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in backend technologies and microservices-based design.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with quality validation.
