Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise software products.
• Deep expertise in Java, distributed systems, SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure, Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications in production environments.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and modern software practices.
• Ability to influence technical direction without direct managerial authority.
