Job summary

Aretiforce | B Corp™ is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead and contribute hands-on in our enterprise SaaS engineering group. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape architecture, mentor teams, and drive AI-enabled development across globally distributed teams.

You will design scalable platforms using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, while advancing DevSecOps and IaC practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Expert-level Java development experience and strong knowledge of distributed systems.
