Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to guide as a technical leader and full stack developer. You will design, develop, and support business apps, APIs, integrations, and databases to boost operational efficiency. Lead architecture, set standards, mentor developers, and make technical decisions while coding.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure software solutions and drive best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of full stack software development experience.
2+ years of technical leadership, mentorship, or lead developer experience.
Strong experience with: C#,.NET / .NET Core, SQL Server.
API development and enterprise integrations.
Experience establishing development standards and software architecture.
Familiar with enterprise system integrations.
Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development.
Works well independently but can communicate in a team environment.

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to serve as both a technical leader and full stack developer. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business applications, APIs, integrations, and databases that drive operational efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will help define application architecture, establish development standards, guide technical direction, mentor developers, and lead technical decision-making while remaining actively involved in coding. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions that support company-wide initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
