Insight Global is seeking a Development Team Lead to join their Nashville team. This role blends individual coding work with mentorship and product leadership to drive architectural direction and delivery.

You will design, implement, and test across the UI, middle tier, and data layer, while upholding code quality through unit, integration, and functional tests. You will also support DevSecOps and cloud solutions while coaching others.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of application development experience.
• Strong .Net development experience.
• Front end development with Vue, Angular, or React.
• Experience with SQL and database normalization.
• Experience in supply chain or healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead development with 70% individual contribution and 30% mentorship/product leadership.
• Develop across UI, middle tier, and data layer with unit/integration/functional tests.
• Support DevSecOps and automated deployment capabilities.
• Serve as go-to expert for advanced design patterns and cloud tech.
• Coach and mentor team members; perform daily PR reviews to maintain code quality.

A client is seeking a Development Team Lead to join their team. This role is both an individual contributor as well as a mentor and product leader. 70% individual contribution, 30% product and mentorship.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchal, and ego-free culture where your contribution is valued over a title. Discover business problems, hypothesize solutions, and use data to quickly test, learn, and implement solutions that deliver value. Minimize in-progress work by focusing on the most important thing. Work within a team to create and validate architectural designs.Actively designs and codes in all areas of the product including the UI, middle tier, and data layer. Writes unit tests, integration, and functional tests ensuring product quality and robustness. Assists with DevSecOps responsibilities and the automated deployment capabilities of the product. Act as a ‘go to’ person for more advanced technical design patterns as well as cloud-based technologies. Act as a coach and teacher to other team members. Performs daily PR reviews giving constructive advice while ensuring a sound code base.
