Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join an enterprise engineering team building and supporting large-scale, data-driven web applications. You will own features end-to-end across the stack, from front end to APIs, backend services, and database.

This hands-on full-stack role emphasizes solving complex problems, architectural input, and mentoring engineers in an Agile environment, with daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join an enterprise engineering team building and supporting large-scale, data-driven web applications.

This is a hands-on full-stack role for an engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, solving complex problems, and influencing how a team builds software.

What You’ll Do:

• Build enterprise web applications across the full stack
• Own features from front end through APIs, backend services, and database
• Develop primarily with C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Mentor engineers and improve development practices
• Use AI coding/LLM tools as part of the daily development workflow
• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, UX, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience building enterprise-scale web applications
• Strong OOP/software engineering fundamentals
• C#/.NET or comparable backend experience such as Java
• Angular, React, or similar modern frontend framework
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical decisions
• Experience owning development from design through production
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools/LLMs

$120,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

This role is hybrid 3 days onsite. Open to Merrimack,NH; Ronkonkoma, NY ; Savannah, GA or Wichita, KS
