Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of professional software engineering experience to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing enterprise-scale applications and cloud-based solutions across our technology portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in .NET/C#, React, and Azure, capable of independently driving complex initiatives from concept to delivery. While this is an individual contributor role, prior leadership or mentoring experience is highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, can navigate complex technical challenges, and partners effectively across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Success in this role requires strong full-stack development experience, cloud architecture knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of critical projects with minimal oversight.

Compensation:

$12-15/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including prior Technical Lead or Lead Developer experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET backend development and React.js frontend development.
• Strong experience designing and delivering full-stack applications within Azure environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Strong background in test automation, quality engineering, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment architectures.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and production support best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and lead complex initiatives.
• Experience within regulated industries (Healthcare, Medical Device, Financial Services, etc.) is highly preferred.
