Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our clients' enterprise engineering teams in Merrimack, NH. This hands-on role covers the full stack, owning features from the user interface through backend services and the database.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software engineering experience and strong skills in C#/.NET Core, Angular, and modern testing/DevOps practices. The team embraces AI-assisted development within a small Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of full-stack application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and Angular.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or Jasmine.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD development practices.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Experience with OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or comparable platforms.
• Exposure to customer-facing AI/ML capabilities such as LLM integrations, natural language processing, document classification, or ML models.

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our clients' enterprise engineering teams. This individual will work within a small Agile Scrum team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, data-driven web applications.

This is a hands‑on engineering, the Senior Software Engineer will work across the full application stack, owning features from the user interface through backend services and the database. They will also contribute to technical design, engineering standards, mentoring, and the team's continued adoption of AI‑assisted software development practices.

The ideal candidate has experience developing complex enterprise applications and can demonstrate strong software engineering fundamentals, problem‑solving ability, and end‑to‑end ownership. While the primary environment is C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle, the team is open to strong engineers coming from comparable technologies such as Java and React who have the fundamentals and aptitude to learn a new stack.
