T-Cetra, Llc. in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a development team in a hybrid work model. You will design architectures, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable software across APIs and databases.

You will collaborate with UX, product management, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure high-quality releases. The role requires 7+ years of experience and expertise in ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience building and supporting software systems.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
Experience with ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
Experience with relational database design and optimization.
Bachelor of Computer Science or similar degree or certification.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a variety of software projects using advanced concepts.
Lead a team of engineers through the SDLC.
Develop and maintain APIs, applications, and database models.
Gather requirements with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and quality through testing and standards.
Oversee deployments and post-release support.
Drive process improvements and review code changes.
Monitor progress and remove blockers to meet deadlines.
Evaluate team performance and mentor growth.
Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
Evaluate frameworks, tech and tooling choices.

Responsibilities:

Apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts and principals to design and develop a variety of software projects.

Write high-quality, performant code that adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices.

Apply business and domain knowledge to develop a deeper understanding of the system and contribute to effective solutions.

Lead a team of engineers coaching them through all aspects of the SDLC.

Develop and maintain extensible applications, APIs, and database models.

Gather and refine project requirements with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Design and document detailed architectures for software projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.

Ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements by actively participating in testing efforts and enforcing quality standards

Oversee deployments and support applications after release.

Recommend new practices, processes, and procedures to improve quality and productivity.

Review and approve changes to application code.

Participate in team processes for planning, tracking work, and continuous improvement.

Oversee project execution, ensuring team members stay on task, communicate blockers, and meet commitments to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
