Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data management.
  • Proven leadership experience delivering BI initiatives and leading analytics teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures.
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using enterprise BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality management, and metadata practices.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and analytical data structures.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and ability to communicate their business value.
  • Effective project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Role Summary

This role involves leading and managing a Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics team to deliver impactful data solutions across the organization. The individual will oversee the development of reporting tools, support data governance initiatives, and drive analytics strategies that enable data-driven decision-making. Combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills, this position is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation in analytics.

  • Skilled in developing dashboards and visualizations using enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality management, and metadata practices.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and analytical data structures.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts, with the ability to communicate their benefits for business insights.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 - $49.00 hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
