Job summary
KBR, Inc in Watervliet, NY is seeking a Lead Software Developer to drive design, development and implementation of software for TACOM systems. You will lead development teams, enforce coding standards and deliver secure, scalable applications.
The role requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field with 10+ years, extensive SAP and BI tool experience, and the ability to provide technical direction to stakeholders. On-site office environment with opportunities in a mission-focused program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related Business Applications field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with SAP, LMP, CAMS;
- Experience creating reports/queries in Business Objects, BI, MII;
- Experience with BI/Reporting tools and SharePoint;
- Strong project leadership and ability to guide teams across projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and solutions to program and business stakeholders.
- Lead development teams and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
- Mentor less experienced developers and coordinate project work.
