Job summary
KBR, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Developer to design, develop, and implement software solutions for TACOM systems. You will lead development teams, enforce coding standards, and deliver secure, scalable applications.
The role requires senior technical leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and project management from design through deployment; U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with LMP/CAMS/SQL/BI/BO/SAP/Power Platform Applications/SharePoint.
- 10 years of SAP experience including LMP Increment I & II.
- Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead as technical expert with understanding of business applications for assigned projects.
- Act as project lead, directing and monitoring performance of development projects.
- Coordinate design, migration, data validation and solution implementation phases.
- Collaborate with customers and staff to resolve software problems and propose enhancements.
- Contribute to end-user manuals and train junior developers on complex projects.
